Hill cottage-House tour

Hey , so i have promised a few times i would show updates of some rooms after rearranging and /or painting. I am just going to post them here so that those who haven't seen our house can get a picture of what it looks like. (It always helps me picture events or stories when i understand house layout) And those who have can see how i'm changing things around (because i think that's fun)
So a precursor note, i did not clean up for these picture (which will be obvious in the kids room) but i will just say honestly here and now that in my present state of life i consider my house "clean" in these pictures. Judge if you will, i live here my kids play here we cook and run around and make crafts and even do laundry. Its just fine with me if there are toys out and the floor needs mopped (actually i would like the floor to be cleaner but they spill juice/milk/eggs(raw even)/yogurt you name it on the floor 20 times a day there is only so much i can do!
I hung more old book pictures on scrap paper above eli's bed -cool fact i made the clothespins cute with wasi tape. I loved just letting all of the

The vintage book bunting banner and some fun round fans from old books that the kids and i painted. The color is so welcome and fun in this room!
PS i have paint for this room already too! Soon i get to paint these gross walls!

The boys toy closet , i backed the shelves with fun colored contact paper.

The gallery wall i still have not updated, can you see the picture from when Eli was 4 months old.

Jessica's picture back in the bedroom.

I got rid of two full book shelves in here , now we have space for the shoes and a side table.

book bin

As seen before the artwork wall, excuse the falling picture i didn't see that at the time it took it.

Moved the desk from under the window, obviously I have not redone artwork for this room.

New paint color, it looks green in the picture because the accent wall by the window is still the bright green. I also moved around the furniture and got rid of several things in both of the front rooms! I am really keeping up with my de-clutter commitment!

Under stairs door coming from the family room to the dining area

Kitchen window, with simple flour sack drapes and my homemade topiries PS believe it or not i did the dishes right after i took these pictures, not my best foresight moment

view from front room through kitchen to dinning area

bookcase in front room without all of the books.

the top of the bookcase is the most spiritually inspiring part of the house right now (picture wise).
Eli asleep in bead, isnt his pillowcase cute! i love stripes so i made some pillows for this room too.

felt mobile above crib, the animals have jingle bells in them which kayden loves.

"Eli's room" with crib The board against the wall is one of those big measuring rulers growths charts, and yes, one of the lamps is leaving
