For anyone who doesn’t know, I love journals. I love to write in my journal. I also keep a journal for Eli and am staring one for kayden (a bit late). But I also love blogging. Because a picture is worth a thousand words I wanted to share this one. He loves to look at the pictures and point out and says Jesus in every picture and gets excited when Jesus is in a picture with a little boy. Grandma West got me several books for my Birthday and this beautiful book of the paintings of Greg Olsen was one of them. Thanks Grandma is so nice to have so that Eli can just pick it up and look at pictures of Jesus whenever he wants. I keep it on the ottoman so that it’s easy for him to look at on his own.
I have been preparing for General Conference I LOVE general conference! We had an FHE lesson about it with the boys, we talked about prophets and showed him the picture of Thomas S Monson which he recognized and told him how exciting it will be to hear him talk to us about how to be like Jesus. It’s hard to know what he understands because he is only barley 18 months old but I think he understands more than I give credit for. I have a few ideas for conference and I will let you know how they work out
