I the favorites from the recipes i tried where:
the Honey sesame chicken found here- good but very rich
Twice backed cauliflower - nice
Chicken salad stuffed popovers gluten free, i was inspired by pintrest except that i made a different recipe i used my normal biscuit recipes but added extra eggs, and i then stuffed them with breakfast foods.
Gluten free cider donuts- texture was more muffin like but they where good
mini sausage quiche
easy sweet chicken curry- not as good as my aunts, but fast and very good. I did not use any fresh ginger or garlic because i didn't have any, i added extra sugar and used 1 and 3/4 cup regular whole milk. I reduced the amount of curry powder i used also.
I made the melt away cookies. changed it to gluten free using a blend of ,sorghum, rice, potato and almond flours. I also added a whipped egg white (gluten free has trouble holding together anyways) i added 1/2 teaspoon of almond seasoning, some salt. the first batch was way to thin so i added 1/3 a cup more cornstarch i used more cornstarch because the taste of most gluten free flours is very bitter and i didn't want to ruin the flavor. and i cooled the dough in the fridge before baking, used parchment paper and was sure to let them cool on the cookie rack before moving them. They turned out better after that. I also used a different cream cheese frosting recipe. they taste great but i was to try them again they are fragile and dry.
I also made these spritz cookies the recipe is great and they are wonderful for rolling out adn using shapes and cookies cutters the flavor is also superb!
I made some cream cheese mints they were very good. I was excited to try yet another new recipie this Christmas season.
I have also been working on some projects from pintrest for Christmas gifts and/or decorations.

i sewed a big poof out of a tan sheet for Eli, i think it will ultimatly end up in his bedroom but he loves to play with it right now.
