Pregnancy week 25

So my pregnancy is slowly moving along, very slowly it seems. I now weigh more then my pre-pregnancy weight (which is weird really in my mind, for whatever reason). The baby is measuring a week or so ahead so he is doing fine.
The past few weeks have been a little rough, migraines are setting in in Ernest (I don't often have migraines outside of pregnancy , but they are a pregnancy problem for me with all the kids so far). I have also been dealing with some other issues, so its just been hard for me to keep up with the blog or anything else extra (like laundry ;) )
I fell down the stairs last week and boy did that scare me, fortunately everything is fine.
Anyways, my lab work looked okay. My blood pressure is really low, so they couldn't give me the migraine medicine they usually like too because it is really a blood pressure medication. So they are giving me something else i cant pronounce. It s a category C so i will obviously only take it when i really have a migraine, for the almost constant headache i will continue to use tylonal and other things (like peppermint essential oil).
My nausea is still pretty bad but i feel definite improvement, i no longer have to take the 8mg size doses.
My next few appointments will be less fun. I have one coming up in a few weeks (i put it off as long as i could) to see if my placenta has moved, i figured giving myself an extra week or so for it to move was a good plan. Then i have to drink the dumb glucose drink like everybody else. I will be seeing the doctor from here on out. I still have to watch my fluids and get enough iron etc.
overall things are looking fine, not great but fine, the dizziness (falling down stairs) and low blood pressure concerned them but I am not too worried. I feel awful and i have some really terrible days, but i am so grateful that i can carry a baby. I know so many who pray for this and my heart goes out to them.
I am also grateful for kind family and friends, this week my parents brought me tons of yummy food to eat and my sweet friend down the street -you know who you are- brought us a yummy dinner! My sister are so nice they are planning a sprinkle for me and they are both going to visit! I feel so loved. Thank you to all who have blessed us in so many ways!

Mitchell put that on the mirror the week we got a positive test!
