Easter and other Fun times!

We had a fun Easter weekend, the Hills came to visit us that week from Washington so Eli spent the whole week being spoiled by Nana and Papa Hill; and he loved it. We had an early egg hunt for Eli at our apartment, and the eggs had jelly beans in them, yes, he caught on really quick once he got one of the eggs opened and tasted the wonderful starburst jelly beans inside. By the time Easter morning rolled around he knew what to do with the Easter eggs! He spent a good part of that next week ripping open any egg he could find lying around and getting upset when it was empty. After Church we went over to the Wests and brought the Hills with us, so we were able to spend that holiday with both sides of the family which was a great blessing! I tried a new recipe for the occasion a delicious kind of jello lemon dessert thing and I put it up on pintrest so if anyone needs a nice summer dish to take anywhere look it up! It was super easy and very yummy! I wont describe the whole fabulous dinner we had together, even though I want to, because only a pregnant woman would want to read about that much food! I will say though that Eli was so into the whole candy thing by that time that the only thing he wanted to eat was the jello and the fruit salad. That boy likes his sweets!
We went to Eli's first dentist appointment yesterday because that lovable rambunctious little boy chipped his front tooth! he did not care about the chip in the tooth but he cared a lot when the Dentist tried to work on it. I hope he cant remember that experience later!
The next week we went to and left one doctors office and then found a different doctor who we feel much more comfortable with, that being said today I found out the due date and it is September 30th. For those who like me who don't do math that puts us at 16weeks and 2 days. We are so excited! Next month we will find the out the gender and feel really excited!! Mitchell and the doctor made educated guesses at the ultra sound today but because it is so early and we could very easily be wrong we wont tell our guesses until after we are right! Ha.
Mitchell is teaching night school at Skyview high school and Eli and i stay home in the evenings missing him, its hard to switch from years of evening being family playtime to not being family time... New respect for Rebecca who has been doing that for quite sometime.
We are missing aunt Jessie who just left to Rexburg and excited to see cousin Katie who is coming to visit from Provo this week! love from us to all our family!
