Remeber that short sale we put an offer on? Way back, the first week in October?
Well We signed the papers today!
We finally got our very own home!
Tomorrow they record the deed and we get the keys!. We are so excited to move. I spent most of this morning getting all our new bill accounts set up and changing our mailing address.
We are trying to pack up the house with a small amount of boxes, we arnt moving far, and then My fabulous parents are going to help us move after school/ work this week and we hope to be out by Thursday night!  My parent shave also been the ones babysitting our kids as we ran whatever errands we needed too! Thanks mom and Dad!
Thanks you my wonderful in-laws Jon and Diane who literally made it possible for us to cover all of the closing costs we really are grateful for their help! We look forward to them visiting us in march! I also look forward to getting decorating advice from my extremely talented mother in law.
We are so excited to be home owners and to start this new adventure together!
