OUR NEW HOUSE!

IT IS 1450 sq feet and 2 stories it s beautiful! Its my dream house! Eventually we will outgrow it and there are a lot of cosmetic changes we want to make but we love this house and for the next five years or so this is our dream house, our HOME!!!!

Here are some pictures, some before pictures that I can look at as I decorate each room and say wow it looks better now.

There is wall paper in two of the rooms that I don’t personally like so I think this summer I will try to tear it down. Because I have helped to remove walls of wall paper before I am not to eager to start because it is a lot of work!

The outside will be painted AS SOON as it is warm enough for us to, which will hopefully be in about a month… okay it might not be that early. The Color we want to do it in is a light blue with white trim. WE will add a fence to the front and side yard. We also have a back patio to play with.

The interior needs new paint too, in more then just the wall paper rooms.  We will have to worry about that after we have taken care of the outside. Unless we find amazing opps paint that is exactly what we want, then I might get it sooner….

For now I will be enjoying the space and just trying to organize the house room by room. After that is done I will decorate, I already have the decorating itch!!

The first room I do will be the laundry room, we get our beautiful washer and dryer delivered today. We spent the big bucks to get a high end washer and dryer. I had to sacrifice furniture money to get them (ouch). I will post pictures soon!

Eli loves his room he plays in there a lot we have all his toys in a  shelf  so he can see everything and he loves it. A huge thank you to my Aunt Maria and Uncle Evan who gave us the two big beautiful woven rugs and the gorgeous bed in our room! I know my aunt and uncle have awesome taste how lucky am I?!

We also got a few items of furniture that I will post pictures of when we go get them. I will have to make do with a lot but also Mitchell and I are having a lot of fun picking things out (they are all Craigslist finds or thrift shop treasures thus far) it is so fun.

Mitchell got his first power tools a drill and something else that’s similar and a lawn mower. He is having a lot of fun fixing everything in the house and playing with his big boy toys!

Eli is talking so much more and kayden is getting bigger everyday. So exciting! I will stop rambling and put up some pictures!
