Kayden is walking

Kayden has been gearing up to walk for this whole week but now dot dot dot he's finally walking hundred percent of the time its really fun so I can you part of his life is beginning so exciting for us to watch him get into everything without falling and crawling his brother Eli seems less excited about his new mobility but I think it will grow on him as the boys learn to play together more often.
I have a video of Kayden walking and some pictures of Eli at a birthday party. And we went to a girls party in Ward she was trying to turning 2 years old. it was the cutest party ever it was with fish swimming type of theme they had the cutest crafts to do with the kids and the most adorable pinata I have ever seen, it was pink blow fish and the cake was quite a beautiful sight. The grandma is the one who made the pinata and the cake and I was amazed. there was a beautiful pool and the boys did not want to get out we swam with them for over an hour.it was kadens first experience with a real pool he loved it.

And Kayden and his brother both enjoyed themselves more than I had seen them in a while. grandma Hill came to visit this week also she just passed through for one night on her way back to Washington but we had a good time with the kids who played in the backyard and made a new curry recipie. Mitchell the dutiful son that he ismade sure his mom got to the airport on time and that she was able to have some relaxation time on her short stay here in nampa.
His family is dealing with a few stressful situatuions and she talked and talk with Mitchell and i and  "let it out" we where so happy to have her visit with us!
Also Mitchell has had the week off which has been amazing! We went shopping and got a bunch of new clothes for the kids and a few things for ourselves, we went on a date to a new place , it was Hemialyann food. It was very good.
Also we went to the Temple and we got him some new Wii games.I won a Hastings gift card from a summer reading thing at the library. Which is why i found it quite ironic that i used the "reading money" to get a wii game. I did it because the books i wanted they either didnt have or would where like 2 the cost of the same book on amazon.
Now we are all sick with some kind of cold. At first i thought it was just hay fever but i am sure at this point itsa cold we all when from sneezy allergiy like symptoms to fevers and sore throat .
Mitchell also got his nexus delivered, oh excuse me his Googble Nexus 7 second generation. Yes its actually really cool. Only slightyl smaller screent hen the mini ipad and much better resloution. it really is amazing it can do multiple things at once and has all these cool extras and its just fun.
I am not a tech computer type person, but that actually i think makes me a better judge because i just expect these hand held things to be able to do everything a computer can do only other extra things too. that might seem unrelistic but hey....
its definitly holding up to my demands. It is definitly a new favorite.
Also i decided that i am going to climb Mt Borah with my dad and brothers next weekend! assuming i get over this cold. I am nervous because i should be trying to get into even better shape right now in preperation but i am stuck ont eh couch with cough medicine. I  CAN DO THIS!
A little about Mt Borah is 12,655 ft  from the trail head is 3.5 miles.   The peak is named for a senator from the 1930's william borah. Its a difficult hike but i think doable until just before the main summit crest where it becomes a class 4 and has earned itself the name chickenout ridge. Hopefully i don't "chicken out" although i am experienced enough and smart enough to know that if i really can't handle it from looking at it it is best and smartest to indeed "chicken out" it is dangerous for anyone to attempt climbing that is beyond there strength or skills. This week we also contiuned work on the table which i now alsmost finished. and we cleaned out eh garage! we where planning on painting the stairwell yesterday but illnesws has us behind scheduel. SOon however we will have the sairds done and i will be moving on to other projects, including canning and sewing . Its that time of summer for me to work hard storing the fruit away for fall and winter!
Also i have decided that i am going to go back to school. I will be going full time and for an online degree. I will also change my minor to my major. Whew.
