Gluten free oatmeal scotchies

some of my aunts and friend have been asking me to send them recipes so i am putting g them here so i don't accidentally forget someone in my email list.
Gluten free oatmeal scotchies



 1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/4 c tapioca flour
1/4 c cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 cups gluten free quick oats
1/2 cup butter, soften
1 tsp vinilla
cinnimon to taste
a little over 1/3 cup sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
1 egg

mix dry add wet mix well.  Scoop in tbs spoon fulls on to a parchment paper covered cookie sheet and  cook at 350 for ten min
my kiddos and husband love them and eat them all in one night
