white bread:
1 tbs rapid rise yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbs x gum
1 cup white rice flour
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup tap flour
1/2 cup corn starch
1 tea salt
1/4 cup dry milk
1 tbs canola oil
1/2 tea vinnila
1 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
2 eggs
warm the milk and add the sugar and the yeast set it aside
mix all the dry ingredients together
mix
and add the wet in. when its all combined turn the mixer on med high
and mix for two to three min. cover set in a warm moist area let rise
20-30 min
poor into a greased bread pan, smooth out the top with wet
fingers or the back of a spoon. let rise an additional 30 min, sometimes
up to am hour. bake at 50 for about 55 min. i usually preheat the oven
to 175 and then open the door to warm the air it helps rise faster.
