What do you call someone who is close enough to be a neighbor but is also a friend? A friendeighbor????

Regardless of what to call such a person we are watching our friend/neighbors fish.

I am reading CS Lewis with the Mr. and rereading a ton of old favorites myself…

Also my mother and I are busy with projects for my sister’s bridal shower and wedding.
