We got the man gifts earlier in the week.
We stayed up late the night before dancing to 80 music because... nothin is quite as fun as that.
One of "our songs" is " Have I Told You Lately" So we started of Fathers Day with That song.
It was a restful morning, We spent the morning just being together and talking. As per tradition i made him whatever breakfast he wanted. This year it was breakfast sandwiches. Sausage biscuits and eggs. It was good.
We presented him his gifts. A game, some clothes, some much needed summer shoes and candy- a necessary item. ;)
After that we got ready for church- i was teaching the lesson in RS that day so i did not spend a lot of time helping with the kids but we got there.
After church we had dinner at my parents, I made chiffon cake and my mom made a delicious feast.
Mitchell was please when he was presented with more goodies drawings the kids made and giant candy bars from my parents.
