Sewing

I pulled out the machine this week to make a baby quilt for my sister-in-laws soon to be arrival. It is small and soft and will be just the right size for a wee one.
I think the idea of wrapping a baby up in a blanket made wiht loving hands, is poetic, its the kind of thing we still do today that our ancestors did before us.
Little soon to be nephew, your aunt already loves you.
-PS today my sister is in the hospital to have her baby. Little Liem I cannot wait to meet you- and neither can your cousins! To my sweet amazing sister- you got this! I cant wait to here all the birth details!
