organization binder and fun times
The doctors appointment we had set up was pushed back so i wont know the baby's gender until Wednesday. We will update as soon as we find out!
one of my goals was to become more organized. I decided to do that i would need to get rid of a lot of stuff i don't need and organize myself. I am a list maker so i decided a good way to keep all my list together was to make an organization binder.
I am happy to say the the family organization binder i have been working on is mostly done. I did mine different then most of the other ones i saw online, for example i don't see the point of having in depth budget info on paper, i use excel so i just have a checklist for the bills monthly, semi annual, and so forth so i can track the pay dates and i have a 3x5 card with my personal spending totals in my wallet where i can see it when i am out and want to buy something. i saw a lot of cool binders online but i really mostly did my own thing. Mine is not so much, my whole home life tracking binder, as a "things i have in different places but want together binder". Projects i am working on, things to do with kids, a list of up coming baby showers to shop for. Wish lists for Christmas so when i have a random idea of something to get Mitchell i can write it down were it can be found in December. My biggest tab is a cleaning checklist, things to do weekly , monthly and seasonally. Things i forget like cleaning behind the oven. Then i can make sure i don't skip anything i shouldn't. I have really liked having everything in one place. All the birthdays and addresses, and doctor info. i have food storage checklists and inventory too which has been kind of a sad eye opener, food storage is not my strong point.
We had my wonderful sister-in-law visit over the weekend which was very fun, Eli loved playing with her! She had a cool water bottle from her fiance that Eli loved, anytime it was around he wanted nothing to do with his sippy cup!
