A week with daddy

Because night school ended we have had a lot more time with daddy! Eli was in a daddy mood all week he did not want mommy to put him to bed, no he wanted daddy. I actually got kind of jealous. We had a very fun week, one of the cool things we did was go play tennis, and Eli played too and loved running around after the balls! On Saturday we decided to go on a big shopping excursion to Eagle and maybe go to put flowers on some graves but on the way our poor little Eli boy got very sick, it was a long day full of cleaning up messes and comforting/worrying about Eli. It is no fun as a parent to have a sick child, it is so sad and stressful becasue you cant fix it but you want to make it better. He was better on Sunday but mommy stayed home with him from church just in case. Monday we all went shopping and then over to Grandma and Grandpa West's house for a BBQ and cousin Katie came, which was very fun for mommy, Eli had the Most fun with the family of kids that were over from the ward.  The kids, all six of them, were really well behaved and good with Eli, it was amazing they watched him and played with him the whole time! The little daughter Suzanna came up and asked me if I was going to have another baby, when I said yes she jumped up and down cheering! It was fun to get such an exciting reaction to our good news! This next week Mitchell is going to be home a lot also so we are going to make the most of the days we have to play before summer school starts!
