Once upon a time there was a mommy, who liked to think that
she was part fish…that sounds gross, part mermaid maybe??? Either way the point
is, she liked water, a lot. A lot a lot. Baths all the time, if the water gets
too cold add more water. Water is very good to drink too best beverage in the
house. Also pools and water parks in the summer “OH YEA!”. lakes? Yes
love them. Streams , rivers, duck ponds? They are all beautiful! Boating? Bring
it ON!! No such thing as too much fun with water! She loved to swim and float in water; that
being said we should note that she is not actually very strong swimmer. This
mommy had two children and in order to really help them grasp how much fun
water was she decided to have a water day. Now Mothers who are not strong
swimmers try not to have water days where there is a chance of children drowning;
so this SMART mom decided to have a water fight in the back yard. The children
of part fish mothers are very clever. One might even say too clever. One son of
the part fish/mermaid mother, who shall remain nameless, found out that if you
control the hose you will win the water fight. Even part fish mothers don’t LOVE
to get soaked with cold
irrigation water when they are wearing jeans and trying to go inside to prepare
dinner. The clever child won the water fight and proved to part fish/mermaid mothers
everywhere that there is such a thing as too much water fun. Much to the joy of
completely normal, dry land type fathers.
The End.
Its been hot here in the treasure valley. It was very hot on
Tuesday when Mitchell got home we went outside to play in the wading pool. We
also ended up having a water fight, I won. J
It was so much fun kayden hatted the kiddie pool but Eli loved it. I love it
when we have the chance to play as a family. Outdoor activities like that are
my favorite things to do with friends and family and are usually my most
cherished memories. Everyone got a red sunburn on their noses! Eli had so much fun with the water balloons,
once they were all popped he kept asking for “more balloons” . Now we have had
to blow up some normal balloons for him to play with inside because he keeps
asking and asking for “more balloons?

Your so creative. Can I just say that? Seriously. I wished we lived closer so we could do a preschool kinda thing together. I may have to still some of your awesome ideas. Just when you see them, know that I stole them from you, and you inspired me to use your creativity. I LOVE all the pictures and updates. Miss you.
