At home

Here we are eating dinner.

This is not normal- don't think that I want you to believe that we garnish our pasta and light candles for every meal- because we definitely do not.

But I do like to light candles fairly often, because it’s really fun! In this case I said "hey lets light the candles.." and then the pasta seemed lame so I had to make it better, so I took some spinach from the salad and put it on top of the pasta and then thought "hey" (to myself) "I have that fun camera click toy- lets use it" and so we did and it was really fun!

Every day at dinner we ask each person “what was your favorite part of the day?", now that Eli is old enough he will ask if we forget, it sounds like 4 words when he says it "whatsa favobit part ofa-day?"

Its interesting to hear the responses, it helps us know what they are enjoying and remembering wanting more of etc. For example Kayden almost always tells us his "fabit" part of the day was preschool. Which is funny because he doesn’t go to preschool yet? Anyways. I am so glad the Mr. started that so long ago because it is a nice habit to have around.

We talked about the restoration with the kids this week. Also this week the irrigation came on- exciting!

The Mr. and I have a joke that we cold host a show about dinner with K because- let me tell you, it’s quite the.... whatever it is. Good times.
